Don’t have much time?

The Membership content is designed to fit around your life.

In 5 minutes you could take part in a daily challenge, to cultivate positivity and gratitude.

In 10 minutes you could take a mindful meditation or breath work session aimed at bringing you some calm.

In 20 minutes you could do some mindful movement or listen to a dreamy Yoga Nidra that reduces stress and alleviates tension.

Whatever time you have there is something for you.

Once you are a member, you will gain access to a dedicated community website, filled with a range of activities you can use whenever you need to. Each designed with the intention of empowering you to prioritise yourself.

Taking these steps regularly and being consistent will enable you to reap the benefits. But don’t worry if you falter I am here every step of the way to offer support and encouragement - I am your wellbeing cheerleader!

Hi lovely, I’m Emma

I’m a Wellbeing Coach, Energy Healer and Yoga Teacher based in Leeds, UK.

I’m passionate about empowering people to reclaim their energy and find their joy.

The biggest lesson I’ve learnt so far on my healing journey is that it’s important to prioritise my wellbeing above everything else and it’s essential that I prioritise rest.
