Energy healing is are based on the principal that a person is made up of complex energies. For a person to be healthy and well, the energy must flow freely.
During treatments I help balance, heal and remove blockages from the energy system.
I offer Reiki Healing both both in person and remotely and Crystal Healing.

Energy Healing is a lot like being plugged into the mains and charged up if your batteries are running low!
It is a powerful and promotes health and wellbeing in the body, mind and soul.
It has so many benefits like improved sleep; relaxation of body and mind; less anxiety and stress; pain relief; chakra balancing; and release of energetic blockages.

How does Reiki work?
As a Reiki healer, I’ve been attuned to the life force energy by a Reiki Master. This means that I can offer myself as a channel through which the universal life force energy can flow, this can be used for healing myself and others.
During treatments, I channel life-force energy through myself and into your energy system. I don’t touch you, I’m either close to you or connected to your energy remotely if we’re not in the same room.
How does Remote Reiki work?
In a session, you lie down in a quiet place for at least an hour and relax. We would also arrange a time for a call to discuss aftercare advice. These sessions run exactly the same as face-to-face sessions and have the same benefits, we are just not in the same place!
Remote Reiki healing seems slightly mind-blowing but I have found it very powerful. Energy isn’t ruled by time or space, so it still works even though we’re not in a room together. I think it’s one of those things you probably have to try to believe!
How does Crystal Healing work?
Crystals have their own energy and are living beings in an energetic sense. The powerful vibrations which crystals project can affect humans. This means that if we connect to the right crystal, they can help us to find physical and mental wellbeing.
During Crystal Healing I identify the correct crystals for you, place them on or around your body and use them to remove any blockages or imbalances within your energy system, particularly within the chakras or aura.
