What’s Included?
-
We will meet once a week for a group coaching session. These sessions will be 60-90 minutes long. Together we will work in a safe, judgement free space to explore themes, address your stressors, and overcome your barriers with guidance, support and encouragement.
-
To support your adventure, the group will keep in touch via Slack (a simple app for communication) to inspire, celebrate wins, problem solve, maintain accountability and keep each other on track between the group sessions.
-
You will be provided with a Stress Journal to use throughout our adventure together, as a space to get thoughts, feelings, stressors and plans on paper. This will also record your progress through the four weeks.
-
You will receive access to a digital library of workbooks and tools to support your journey. They will outline key themes, challenges, and techniques to help you overcome any barriers and support mindful stress management.
The next cohort starts on June 2nd.
Sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings at 6pm.
The investment is £333

I have developed this programme to enable you to take time for yourself and prioritise you. Working together over a four week period enables us to maintain momentum and uncover issues, whilst also allowing time to embed the work to ensure the changes you make are long lasting far beyond our work.
If you would like to work with me on a 1-2-1 basis over a longer period, to go deeper, please refer to the Wellbeing Coaching page on my website for further details.
-
Having our sessions together every week allows us to maintain momentum, whilst giving an opportunity for you to explore any shifts, identify any challenges, and embed the change you want to make.
Between sessions you have my support via Slack to navigate any challenges, share wins, and explore anything that comes up for you.
