Everything you need to know about Wellbeing Coaching

Something I often get asked is ‘what is wellbeing coaching?’ It’s a good question and I know it can be a bit confusing.

There are so many different types of coaches out there these days and pretty much everything in our life has an impact on our wellbeing. So what do I actually do as a Wellbeing Coach? How could I support you? And what’s it like to work with me?

What is Wellbeing Coaching?

The Wellbeing Coaching I offer is about finding strategies and setting goals that empower you to prioritise yourself and find your joy.

Together we will work to understand what your vision is and find techniques and solutions to help you remove obstacles to you achieving your vision and goals.

We will define the results you are committed to achieving and create an empowering plan which is both workable and enjoyable.

Don’t worry if you feel unclear about what you want to achieve, we’ll work together to figure that out. It could be improving your sleep or energy levels, finding more ways to prioritise yourself or reduce your stress, or something really specific.

I have worked with people on many different goals, including managing pain, being more present, reducing stress and taking more rest.

We work at a pace that suits you, so you can create small changes that fit into your day and that will become habits. These habits then become transformational overtime.

In my experience wellbeing is not about quick fixes it is about finding strategies that work for you and fit into your life.

All sessions are completely confidential.

What’s it like to work with me?

Working with me is fun and supportive. I will create a safe space for you to share your story and grow, meeting you with kindness and empathy but challenging you when you need it, empowering you to prioritise yourself.

I have a wealth of experience and have spent the last 10 years figuring out what works best for my wellbeing. It’s still an ongoing adventure but I know what it’s like to feel a bit unsure and to know you want to make changes, but not know where to start. So if this is you, you are in safe hands!
