Revolutionary Rest Club Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully prior to joining.

• Please complete one booking form per person joining.

• Following completion of the booking form, you will be redirected to pay.

• Your membership of the Club is only confirmed once the payment is received.

• All payments are non-refundable.

• Payments to be made, through this website.

• The minimum commitment is three months from date of joining.

• Once you have been a member for three months you can leave the Club at any time.

• Whilst a member, the price you pay will not increase. However if you leave and re-join, you will be charged the rate at that time.

• In the unlikely event that the Club is cancelled, you can receive a full refund for months paid and not received.

• I understand that yoga includes physical movements. As such the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated. If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask for support. I assume full responsibility for any and all risks, injuries or damages, known or unknown, which may incur through participation.

• Yoga is not recommended and is not safe under certain medical conditions. By electronically signing, I affirm that a doctor has verified my good health and physical condition to participate in such a program.

• Yoga/ rest are not a substitute for medical attention, examination, diagnosis or treatment. If I am pregnant, become pregnant or I am postnatal or post-surgical, my electronic signature verifies that I have my doctor's approval to participate. I also affirm that I alone am responsible to decide whether to practice yoga/ rest and participation is at my own risk.

• In further consideration of being permitted to participate in the practices included in the Club, I knowingly, voluntarily and expressly waive any claim I may have against Wellbeing with Emma, its instructors/therapists and employees for any loss to personal property, injuries or damages that I may sustain as a result of participating in classes, therapies, and workshops held by Wellbeing with Emma.

• At any time I can request to stop the service, though this will not entitle me to a refund. I understand that all payments made are non-refundable and non-transferable. I, my heirs, or legal representative of such forever release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Wellbeing with Emma, nor its instructors/therapists and employees for any injury or death caused by their negligence or other acts.

• I further understand that at times Wellbeing with Emma, may produce still photographs and/or video recordings for marketing purpose. I hereby authorise Wellbeing with Emma or its assigns to use and reproduce any photographs, personal narrative, interviews or audio and video recording of my participation for any and all purposes, without compensation.

I voluntarily agree to the terms and conditions stated above. I have read and fully understand and agree to the above terms of this Release and Waiver of Liability Agreement. By ticking accept below, I am electronically signing this agreement voluntarily.
